A tier two company in the automotive sector was targeting to become a tier one. The OEM is requiring the implementation of a dynamic warehouse logistics as essential evolvement step.
The company engaged us to manage this transition by reorganisation of the stock entry into a mobile version including commissioning and labelling. We trained the respective work force during implementation phase.
As a consequence to this transformation the company has become the acceptance as tier one. Then we directed and supported the extension of this selected approach to the full landscape of internal and external logistic processes.
As result the revenue has been increased by a factor of four within five years with just 10% growth in team size. The respective flow rate has been tripled.
