Tour management of an International Rock Band requires coordination of and logistics for several internal as well as external teams with a sharp delivery timing.

In a time digitalisation was still in its early stages we saw the need for automatization. We Bild pioneered in definition of procedures and respective data structures. For implementation we have realised an architecture of the respective organisation and digital infrastructure leaving space for future optimisation, modernisation and restructuring.

The subsequent transformation of the team and the entire organisation has been successfully put in operations and is still up and running since more than 25 years.
